The only way to get it to work would be to mod your ps2, and that would depend on the mod – not all mods would do it.
It is possible to use something called DVD Region X to make a NTSC dvd play in PAL, but that doesn’t work for games.
Your game is region 1, NTSC US/Canada, and your ps2 is region 2, UK/Hong Kong. No chance of the game working without modification, sorry.
